RULE 3.1.30: THE USE OF THE "FAST" LANE IN CUSTOMS LOCATED ON THE NORTHERN BORDER FOR EXPORTS, PROVIDED THEY MEET VARIOUS REQUIREMENTS

Customs clearance of merchandise for export may be carried out, using the exclusive "FAST" lanes, exporters who are registered in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and that they use the services of carriers and drivers who are registered in the "FAST" program, provide that the drivers of the vehicles present to the automated selection module the credential that verifies that they are registered in the "FAST" program for drivers in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
